Proper daily operation and regular maintenance are essential to extend the service life and keep stable performance of commercial refrigeration equipment, including ice cream display cabinets, cake showcases, pizza prep tables, blast freezers and other refrigerators.
In daily use, please place the equipment on a flat and well-ventilated ground, keep a proper distance from the wall for heat dissipation, and avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature humid environment. Do not store overheated food into the cabinet, and keep the internal temperature set reasonably according to different stored ingredients. Always use the correct local voltage power supply to avoid electrical damage caused by unstable voltage.
For routine maintenance, please turn off the power before cleaning regularly. Use a soft cloth and neutral detergent to clean the inner cabinet, glass surface and stainless steel body, never use corrosive chemicals or sharp tools to scratch the equipment. Remove internal frost periodically and keep the drain pipe unobstructed. Check the compressor, fan and sealing strip frequently, keep the door closed tightly to prevent cold air loss.
With standard operation and regular maintenance, our commercial refrigeration equipment can maintain efficient energy-saving performance, reduce failure rate, and serve your business steadily for many years.
